This listing is for a pair of vinyl  spats, you pull them over your shoes and it looks like you have on white cowboy boots. (sorry the photo looks kinda pink)aThey are manufactured by Wolff Fording and they sold to dance studios for $14 a pair. Elastic is attached under the spat to hold them down.  Three sizes available small child kids sz from tot to about 7 years old),medium child (for child sizes 8-10) and Large (which fits child sizes from age 10 to a grown up).  The medium child fits from about a 6 year old to a 10 year old, after that, they need the LGE.
