    Description

    Rare, Vintage 1960's Scritpto Vu-Lighter with Fleur-De-Lys design. Many (especially those in the old French, Lousiana region of our country) view this insignia as controvercial.  The Fleur-de-Lys was a symbol that would be branded on slaves for running away or other transgressions like stealing food etc.  Others view the symbol as elegant and a tip of the hat to the French influence in the south; like the New Orleans Saints.   This is a rare and excellent representation of Scripto's V-Lighters of the '60s and will make an amazing additon to your collection.
