Sintering furnace for Dental Zirconia

Small Prime furnace comes with a one year warranty on the furnace, one year of technical support, Two extra heating elements, sintering beads that are pre-baked, sintering trays & a hand tool (for inserting/removing trays from furnace). All furnaces are tested before shipping at our facility.
Chamber size is 100 x 100 x 100mm
Furnaces are pre-programmed with a sintering program that we recommend for any zirconia; the program can be changed and can hold multiple programs.
New and improved design: smaller and more efficient, no fuses, better heating elements and on lockable wheels, to roll easily across counter.
The furnaces have the ability to hold at a max temp of 1600C.  Your outlet must be wired for 220V and furnace load is up to approx. 10amp. (depends on how fast and how hot)
We are open from 7am to 7pm EST, Monday through Friday, to provide assistance with your furnace or to give advise on sintering.  We also keep extra elements, trays beads, and zirconia in stock.
