Vintage Scripto Vu Oklahoma Governor David Hall windproof lighter 1971-75 NMIB

This is a really cool Black Band Scripto Vu branded windproof advertising cigarette lighter for The Great State of Oklahoma Governor David Hall who served from 1971-1975. (EXCELLENT GRAPHICS) This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors (see pics). The gold chrome is bright and shiny with some minor corrosion on the cap (see pics). This unique piece appears to have NEVER been fired. Cap snaps open and closed nice and tight. Tank is clear as well. Comes in the ORIGINAL BOX with papers. Displays quite nicely.
